FESTIVAL INFORMATION

How Do I Attend This Event?

Hansel & Gretel Fest is a special launch party for the new Hansel/Gretel Energy Drink. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and to get through the festival gates.

 

What is the age limit?

Hansel & Gretel Fest is an 18 & over event. Positive ID is required for entry.

Where is the festival held?

The festival is held in multiple cities across the US.

What am I not allowed to bring?

PROHIBITED ITEMS: 

  • NO Chairs OF ANY KIND 
  • NO bags or containers larger than 12” x 6” x 12” (or exceeding 864 cubic inches total volume). Bags larger than a small clutch bag (4.5” x 6.5”) should be composed of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC with a single compartment.  
  • NO Backpacks and other multi-compartment bags larger than a small clutch bag (4.5” x 6.5”). An exception may be made for medically necessary or infant care bags (diaper) after proper inspection. Please note these items will be searched and tagged. ***No large, framed packs permitted. 
  • NO Illegal Drugs, Substances, or paraphernalia of any kind 
  • NO Weapons of ANY kind or items deemed as weapon including knives by security 
  • NO Outside Alcohol or Beverages  
  • NO Outside Food  
  • NO Fireworks or Sparklers 
  • NO Blankets or tarps 
  • NO Coolers OF ANY KIND, Baskets, and/or Large Bags 
  • NO Selfie Sticks 
  • NO Glass of any kind. 
  • NO Drones 
  • NO Flyers, Handbills, Posters or Stickers. ***Absolutely NO solicitation is allowed on premise. 
  • NO Tents or Shelters 
  • NO over the head helmets or full costume heads  
  • NO Flags, Totems, Large signs ***Or anything that might block someone’s view. 
  • NO Animals ***With exception of service dogs***. 
  • NO Squirt Guns, Toy Guns ***Or anything else that resembles a weapon. 
  • NO Umbrellas of ANY kind INCLUDING Beach Umbrellas 
  • NO Laser Pointers 
  • NO Selling of Merchandise, or Unauthorized/Unlicensed Vending 
Bag Policy

Clear reusable bags are welcome inside the festival venue as long as they are 12”x 6”x 12” or smaller. No clear plastic shopping/grocery bags will be permitted. Hydration packs (i.e. camelbaks) that are 1.5L or smaller and clutch purses/wallets that are 4.5”x6.5” or smaller do not have to be clear. Medically necessary bags and diaper bags are also welcome. 

*PLEASE NOTE: ALL PATRONS AND ALL BAGS WILL BE SEARCHED EACH TIME YOU ENTER THE FESTIVAL. ANY AND ALL CONFISCATED ITEMS OR ANY ITEMS VOLUNTARILY SURRENDERED, WILL NOT BE HELD, CHECKED OR RETURNED. 

 

 

**Confiscated or items voluntarily surrendered will NOT be held or returned**** Please note parameters are subject to change due to the specific requests of artists & local authorities. ** 

  

  

CAN I BRING IN MY MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION AND/OR DIABETIC INSULIN INSIDE THE VENUE?

If you are bringing prescription medication, please make sure that it abides by the following: 

  • The medication is carried in the original manufacturer container. 
  • The medication has a prescription label. 
  • The label matches your government-issued photo ID. 
  • You will need to advise the security guard of your items at the gate, who will contact the medical team to get your medications officially cleared by them. 
Can I bring in a fanny pack?

Yes! Please note, if your fanny pack is larger than 4.5″x6.5″ it will have to be clear. If your fanny pack is 4.5″x6.5″ or smaller, it does not have to be clear. 

Any bag larger than 12”x6”x12” will not be allowed into the festival. 

What time does everything start / end?

We’ll open gates at 12pm GA until 10pm. 

What's the bathroom situation?

There are plentiful port-a-johns and hand washing stations on site for General Admission patrons. For VIP: Upgraded, flushable restrooms are provided. 

What is your re-entry policy?

Our events have a "no re-entry" policy, which means once you enter, you cannot leave and re-enter. There are food and beverages available on-site.  

Are there First Aid / Medics on-site?

Of course! First Aid tents will be onsite staffed with Paramedics. Please ask any staff member and they will point you in the right direction.  

  • Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. 
  • Take a picture of your Driver’s License and keep on your phone for ID purposes.
